I hope you're continuing to find balance while remembering that we all balance differently. I'm finding that for myself, sometimes it looks like just reading a book all day or going on a long and aimless walk or watching Community from the beginning. Sometimes it looks like diving into a project with a collaborator and sometimes it looks like putting Kahlua in my coffee. Whatever balance looks like for you, I hope forgiveness is a part of it.

Bandcamp Revenue Share Lift
Friday, May 1
Bandcamp, where I have all my music available to stream and purchase, even the singles that aren't on my EPs, will be waiving its revenue share for all purchases made this Friday. That means any purchases you make through this platform will go DIRECTLY to the artists. If you want to support independent musicians, I highly recommend doing so on this day! I've got music by my Wizard Rock band on the site too, so if you want to get deep into some Harry Potter nerddom, this will be the perfect opportunity :)

I'm extremely honored that my first original musical IN THE GREEN received 6 Lortel nominations including Outstanding Lighting Design (Barbara Samuels), Outstanding Sound Design (Nicholas Pope), Outstanding Costume Design (Oana Botez), Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical (Ashley Perez Flanagan), Outstanding Lead Actress in a Musical (yours truly) and Outstanding Musical! The ceremony will be held remotely this coming Sunday, and you better believe I'm dressing up and drinking that old bottle of Veuve on the shelf.

Lincoln Center At Home: Concerts for Kids

I put together a concert for kids of ALL ages that will be featured as part of Lincoln Center's At Home series. You'll see me working my looper and even collaborating on a brand new song! It should be up by the end of May but I wanted to let you know about it now, and you can check out all the other Concerts for Kids in the meantime - there are some incredible acts!

Bathtub Time Machine
Christopher and I made a really ridiculous movie in our apartment for our friends at Wistia and it's a great way for you or your kids to kill 14 minutes. There are also a bunch of other great kid related videos and activities on the site if you're looking for something new to do!
